What Counts as an Urgent Repair?

• A burst water service
• A broken water appliance or fixture wasting substantial water
• Blocked or broken toilet
• Serious roof leak
• Gas leak
• Dangerous electrical fault
• Flooding or serious flood damage
• Serious storm or fire damage
• Failure or breakdown of gas, electricity, or water supply
• Failure of essential services (hot water, cooking, heating, cooling, or laundry)
• Any fault or damage making the premises unsafe or insecure

**If the repair is not an emergency, all charges will be passed on to the tenant.**
